The problem
Certifying map content relied on a manual review process. The goal was an agentic AI system, built on LLMs and multi-agent patterns, that certifies content automatically.
My role
I co-led a 10-person cross-functional team through a 6-month roadmap, defining business and technical requirements with product and data science stakeholders, and coordinating delivery across engineering, data science, and the review and operations teams.
Where it stands
The system was designed to reduce manual review effort by 30 to 50%. It was still in progress when I left HERE in July 2026, so that number is a design target, not a delivered result. I'm keeping it on this page anyway: co-leading a team of 10 through an AI product roadmap is exactly the kind of work I want more of, and I'd rather be precise about what shipped and what didn't.
